All Drews product are made by hand, with old fashioned techniques. Each is made to order, and often there is not completed inventory on hand to keep costs down.  Therefore, most items are made AFTER the sale is completed (made to order).

Tooled orders and custom orders require even more time. We do not plate press or emboss artwork, everything is hand tooled the old way. On certain projects we may use letter, number, or small symbol stamps/accents when appropriate. Otherwise all FEATURE ARTWORK IS HAND-TOOLED.

Leather craft is often a very lengthy process. For this reason, we encourage you to contact us in advance to find out what our current turnaround times are. That way you are making an informed purchase and know what to expect from the beginning. In some instances, circumstances beyond our control may delay your order. We appreciate your patience.

Turnaround/lead times will vary with the product being made, and how large the current workload is. A smaller project doesn't always guarantee a faster turnaround. Right now we are averaging 2 days a week of actual shop/work time, and our workload is high. We are working to free up additional hours for shop work.  Thank you.
